Welcome to CSU Pueblo's conference page. The Occhiato University Center (OUC) Ballroom is approximately 10,000 square feet with beautiful hard-wood floors, covered ceilings and crystal chandeliers to accentuate your event.

Seating capacity is 600-700 people, including a dance floor and a head table. The Ballroom can be closed off into three sections with seating capacity of approximately 200 in each section. Adjacent to the Ballroom is the Hearthwell lounge, which can be used for receiving lines, gifts, sign-in tables, bar setups, overflow seating from the Ballroom or just a lounging area.
