Belmont Residence Hall (BRH)
  Belmont Residence Hall is a modern, air-conditioned, multi-storied housing complex located on the north side of the University campus within easy walking distance of the Occhiato University Center. Three wings accommodate approximately 450 guests with up to 48 people on each floor. Rooms are furnished with two beds, two desks, two closets, and two pillows. The optional linen package includes blankets, sheets, pillowcases, towel, and washcloth. Extra towels may be ordered for extended conferences.

   Guests may want to bring an extra blanket, pillow, and hangars. Restrooms are centrally located on each floor. The floors off the main lobby are handicapped accessible with handicapped bathrooms and showers. All rooms have active telephone jacks and guests are encouraged to bring their own telephone. There is no charge for local calls. Two Network jacks are available in each room for computers with an Ethernet card.

Because safety is a priority, all lobby access doors are locked between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily. Locked doors on each floor are accessible by floor residents' keys only. The large lobby area has an ice machine, snack machine, a microwave oven, pool table, and a big-screen television. Laundry facilities, a mini-gym, and a fireplace meeting room are located in the basement.

BRH is also available to summer conferences. The following discounted rates are for conference groups which utilize the Belmont Residence Hall and the University Dining Services. Prices are subject to change. Lodging tax of 11.7% will be assessed to all groups who cannot provide a tax exempt certificate.
